Events represent the types of occasions you cover (e.g., Wedding, Engagement, Pre-Wedding, Birthday). Each event is assigned a pricing category (Category A, B, or C) which determines how services are priced for that event.

• Category A: Premium events with highest service rates
• Category B: Standard events with mid-tier pricing
• Category C: Budget-friendly events with lower rates

Services are your core offerings (e.g., Photography, Videography, Drone Coverage). Each service has three different prices – one for each pricing category. When a customer selects an event, the quote automatically uses the correct price based on that event's category.

Example: If Photography costs ₹50,000 for Category A and a customer books a Wedding (Category A event), they'll see the ₹50,000 price.

Add-ons are supplementary items customers can include with any event (e.g., Extra Album, Drone Footage, Same-Day Edit). Unlike services, add-ons have a flat price that remains the same regardless of the event category.

Toggle items as Active or Inactive to control what customers see. Inactive items are hidden from the quote builder but remain in your system – perfect for seasonal offerings or temporarily unavailable services.

💡 Tip: Start by creating your Events first, then add Services with category-based pricing, and finally add any optional Add-ons.
